Portugal: Castelo Branco

Castelo Branco is a city and a municipality in Portugal. The name means "white castle“. It is bounded in the south by Spain.

The most important monument in Castelo Branco is the Jardim do Paco Episcopal. It is one of the most beautiful baroque gardens in Potugal and contains statues of allegories, kings and zodiacal signs. The site in the postcard is the City's Garden.
